This negligent bastard calls himself a property manager. Slumlord is closer but still doesn’t do him justice. The pipes burst in the wall on the top floor, damaged every unit on that side of the building, and he pinned it on the tenant even though it clearly states in the rental agreement that the building is responsible for maintaining the condition of the pipes. The renter doesn’t have enough money for a lawyer though, and he knows it. So now half the building is stuck with black mold while he’s laughing his way to the bank.
